Refunds for programs, workshops, retreats or events will be handled according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of registration.

Where a refund is approved, the applicable amount will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

2. Events Cancelled by Sivan Raja Yogamm

If an event is cancelled by Sivan Raja Yogamm and a refund is offered, eligible participants will be informed regarding the refund process.

Where an event is rescheduled, participants may be offered the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date, subject to availability.

3. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain offerings may be non-refundable once preparation, customization, consultation, initiation, digital delivery or other service fulfillment has commenced.

Any such condition will be clearly communicated before payment.

4. Sacred / Customized Items

For specially prepared, consecrated, personalized or customized sacred items, refund and return eligibility may be subject to the specific terms communicated before purchase.

5. Physical Products

Where physical products are sold through the website, refunds or replacements for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products will be considered in accordance with the applicable product terms and applicable law.

Photographs or other evidence may be requested to assess damage or incorrect fulfillment.
