We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation policy is intended to provide clarity while respecting the arrangements made for programs, events, retreats and other offerings.

Program & Event Cancellation

Requests to cancel a registration should be submitted to Sivan Raja Yogamm as early as possible through our official contact channels.

Cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the nature of the program, event or retreat.

Where a specific cancellation deadline or condition applies, it will be communicated at the time of registration or purchase.

Cancellation by the Participant

Cancellation requests should include:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Program/Event name
• Registration or order reference, where applicable
• Reason for cancellation

Cancellation by Sivan Raja Yogamm

Sivan Raja Yogamm reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel a program, event or retreat due to circumstances including operational requirements, insufficient participation, safety considerations, unforeseen events or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, participants will be informed of the available options, which may include rescheduling or refund, subject to the specific offering and applicable terms.

Product Orders

Cancellation of physical product orders may only be possible before dispatch or commencement of fulfillment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible except where required by applicable law.

Important

Some spiritual programs, consultations, customized offerings or specially prepared sacred items may have separate cancellation conditions. These conditions will be communicated before confirmation wherever applicable.
